"When you start researching a renovation you rely on hone improvement sites , pictures and reviews from anonymous people on the web.You can get all kinds of bids, but I have found the difference is people. When Donna and Matt came by to do an estimate they knew exactly what were facing and had examples of similar jobs they completed. They wasted no time, took pictures and measurements and came back with a bid in a few days. I had one previous bid already and another one scheduled and told them forget it. I knew right away these were the right people to work with. They walked us through their contract explaining each section. Listing fixtures we would supply and what material they would;d include. Who would be responsible for demo removal, defining work extras....etc. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail guaranteed we could work out any unforeseen issues along the way and build my dream bathroom. I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and Matt was continually monitoring progress and asking if I had questions or requests. PCH's installers Manny and Jose were prompt from day one and observed proper PPE precautions throughout the job. Turning out the finished product in just two weeks! They put down floor covering, swept up and vacuumed constantly, as well as putting out the trash each day. They organized the work material in the garage and cut the tile out side. Minimizing the dust as much as they could. Very aware they were in someone's home, they were always polite and respectful. And always happy to answer questions and give updates. Including presenting one or two unforeseen situations that required a choice. And always Matt and Manny had choices/workarounds/explanations ready. I had Matts cel phone number and he and Donna got back to us quickly. No ducking problems or dragging anything out that might interfere with the jobs progress. We were thrilled with the result and would highly recommend PCS for any renovation project."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

James and Joe arrived when they said they would, worked some long days, always left the property clean and uncluttered and was friendly and pleasant to work with. "I was fortunate enough to find Magic Garage Cleaners when I was looking for a company to clean out my basement. The basement was not finished, and had 20+ years of dirt and junk all over the place. Dave and his crew cleaned out the whole basement, and then cleaned out my garage. I was so happy with their work that I had them come back and remodel my entire basement. They ripped out the old/unfinished stuff and put in new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, fresh paint, etc. The basement looks wonderful and I now have a home gym and plenty of storage space. I hired an electrician who did all the lighting and completed the new look. I now have Dave and his crew back and they are remodeling my garage including a new roof, gutters and leaders, shelving, windows, and doors. I already have a list of other repair/remodel/painting jobs I will use them to complete. Not only do they do a professional job, they are very pleasant to deal with while doing the work. They are always on time and Dave is the most responsive person who has ever done work in my house. He is on site for the job and, if he is not on site, he is readily available by phone, text, or email. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns. It is so refreshing to have a contractor who is so responsive; so many of them disappear and don't return calls. He stays in constant contact throughout the job and does what he promises to do. Another nice touch if you can't be present while the work is being completed, Dave continually checks in with you and sends photos of the work as it is being completed. This is a reliable company that I will continue to use and certainly recommend."
