"The work the crew did on my retaining wall and installation of a stone seating area was fabulous. I would hire Sta-Built again without a doubt."

"I had a new colourbond roof and gutters installed by this company. I can't believe the difference it has made to my home. The service and quality of workmanship was amazing.I have recommended to all my family and friends."

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Heath and his crew. They took my completely awful backyard and turned it into an amazing place that I never want to leave. Heath followed through with everything we talked about and more. He has an eye for landscape design and the skill to hire people who know how to install both hardscape and plant material. He has all the equipment needed to do most anything and keeps it well-maintained. Plus he’s got some great stories to share. I would hire him again in an instant. Services included irrigation system, paver patio and path, land contouring with a bulldozer, dry stream bed, sod lawn, planting and barking flower beds."

"'Dave the Deck Dude' as we nick named him is a perfectionist. I had a sketch drawing on a piece of school paper that he took and made a reality. We had a 520' deck built, and an old deck demo'd and removed. Dave and team made it happen in about a week. He took the time to go through all of the material options, and associated costs. We ended up going with a product we didn't even know was an option when we were thinking about the new deck. He is meticulous in both the craftsmanship that his crew puts out, as well as adherence to a timeline. He told us at one point that 'It WILL be done by Friday'.....It was done by Friday. Attention to detail is amazing. We had metal railings installed, and he spotted a piece that he said was scratched and that he would replace it. I never was able to find the defect he spotted, but about a week later when the new piece came in, he was back at our house replacing it. The deck is absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier, except that the weather is prohibiting us from enjoying it as much as we would like. Looking forward to next summer!"

"We canâ t say enough great things about Tim Young and his company. From start to finish, he exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a vision for our outdoor space, and he and his team brought it to life beyond what we could have imagined. From the moment we met Tim, we knew we selected the right company. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and creativity is what pushed it over the top. He listened to our ideas and provided thoughtful, creative suggestions that truly enhanced our original plan. His crew was always punctual, respectful of our property, and maintained a clean workspace every day. One of the best things about Tim is his attention to detail. Every stone, plant, and feature was chosen and placed with care, and it shows in the finished product. Our outdoor space feels both luxurious and welcoming â a true extension of our home. If youâ re looking for a landscaping company that combines professionalism, creativity, and high-quality work, look no further than Gardens Youngâ s Landscape Design. We couldnâ t be happier with the results, and weâ ve received countless compliments from neighbors and guests. Highly Recommend."

"Tanner and Brad are the epitome of professional builders and created a gorgeous deck for us in a timely manner. From the initial planning to the finish, these two demonstrated their building expertise, offered a wide variety of choices in our budget, and efficiently created a top-of-the-line deck for us. Both of them answered our questions thoroughly, were prompt with communication, and worked diligently with the city of Puyallup to expedite permits and inspector appointments. In fact, the city inspector was so impressed with them, he repeatedly praised their work and took their business cards/information to hand out to potential clients. We recommend Modern Outdoor Builders highly. You will get your moneys worth with reliable and expert builders who take care to provide an exceptional final product."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"We had two building projects - replacing a decades-old retaining wall made from railroad ties, and replacing a large deck. We asked for bids, and liked the people at Sta-Built best. They are very professional, friendly, and did top-quality work. Our old deck was originally built by an "economy" contractor (what we could afford at the time), and the foundation was "shoddy", to say the least. We are so pleased with the new deck. The foundation is solid, and the new configuration fits our needs very well. Highly recommended!"
