Once I made a choice for a heat pump, his team stayed on top of notifications throughout the supply chain crisis of 2021, keeping me up to date about when the equipment would arrive in order to schedule the installation. The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. "They were able to get me scheduled very quickly so I would not be without heat for long. Other companies had long waits or would charge a significant after hours fee. They even called other times to see if I was available to get to me sooner. The tech arrived on time and tuned the repair call into a service call when the furnace started working. It was determined the furnace needed parts and the tech scheduled a bid for a new furnace when the estimate of $1500.00 was given for a new motor and heat exchanger. The bid for new furnace and installation from Pacific was $6800.00. I went with another company when I received another bid of $3000.00."

"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

He provided us with the documentation required to get the external unit placement approved by our HOA, and followed up with us to ensure we had approval before confirming with the installation team. The installation team was highly professional, efficient, and left our garage in excellent condition. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue.
