"The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."

He also informed us that our chimney liner had several cracks and the liner needed to be replaced to be completely safe. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. "When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.

After suffering water damage from both a pipe burst AND a leaky roof, Timothy and his team were able to assess the damage, and fix it in no time.  Timothy was also charged with replacing the fascia board in my home - and what made things a little more challenging is that all of these repairs were happening in two different properties at the same time!  
Timothy and his team did a great job juggling competing priorities and always ensured I was kept in the loop of all progress and next steps.  After the job was complete - everything looked perfect - as if the damage never happened!  And, their clean up - was impeccable!  
While I am expecting not to have any damage anytime soon - I will definitely be calling Timothy next time I need general contractor services.  I highly recommend him!
