"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

They patiently listened to our concerns and ideas and then shared several options while explaining the logistics and pros and cons of the job. They had to demolish the old bathtub into small pieces to remove it. Their installation of the new fixtures was perfect, taking care to avoid chips and scratches. Class A workers all around."
