"I used Home Advisor late Tuesday afternoon to find a contractor. Brian called me immediately to confirm my needs and provide pricing. He also advised that he could have a technician at my home on Saturday to replace the door. I called Brian on Wednesday morning to confirm the install. He checked door and parts availability and told me he would have a technician at my home by mid-afternoon. Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30.
