"I initially went to Home Depot to buy bathroom exhaust fans and to utilize their contracting services to have them installed since 2 of my bathrooms never had a fan.  Interestingly, they don't have anyone that will do that and told me I would need to get a general contractor to install the venting.  I then searched Angie's List to find an electrician who was capable of doing this or getting someone to work with them to do the project.  I reached out to 3 local electricians and came up with Schultz Brothers Electric and called.  I scheduled an appointment with John Schultz who was prompt on arrival and very professional.  I explained what I needed and he indicated he would provide an estimate.  I had the estimate within a day or two and I thought his price was fair and that I could work with him to get the job done.  We arranged that I would get the fans and he would get the venting and we had a few back and forth texts to ensure we both were in sync.  John arrived promptly on 3/2/12 since I told him I was taking the day off.  He did some electrical switch upgrades in the powder room and evaluated how to approach the ceiling to install the fan and vent and informed me that the floor boards ran both ways.  We determined that the powder room was right below the Jacuzzi and the floor was reinforced.  I decided not to do it because it would be problematic.  John  then proceeded to replace the upstairs hall bathroom and vented to the eve of the house as I instructed, Thereafter, he installed a large fan with a 6" vent for the master bathroom and vented it to the ceiling of the attic through an already existing roof vent.  Overall, it took most of the day and was a great experience.  I would not hesitate to use John again or to recommend him to someone I know.  John, it was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to our next project."

"We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."
