"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "I called Pipe Works because the 2nd-floor unit was leaking water from the attic through the ceiling. Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently. He was right! We are very satisfied customers with our 1st and 2nd floor units. Their knowledge, expertise, willingness to help the customer and overall service is outstanding.
