"I called Edward's to repair a broken belt on our electric dryer as well as clean out the filter on our washing machine. I think his service was excellent. Mr. Edwards came out the same day I called and completed the repair the same day. Mr. Edwards was very polite and respective of our home. The price was reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of an appliance repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Tyler was excellent. He showed up on time for his appointment, he diagnosed the problem with my clothes washing machine, he had parts with him needed to fix the washer and he installed them with no problem. His price was very reasonable. He was professional and pleasant at all times. I highly recommend Tyler for any appliance repair work."

"I have a 28 year old dryer. I honestly thought it would have to be replaced. The service man was honest and direct. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He replaced two parts in the dryer and it works perfectly now."

"Adam at SwanTek was knowledgeable and very professional in the diagnosis of my older GE dishwasher. He was understanding and kind. He also mentioned that swantek does hvac in addition to appliance repair. I’d recommend them for anything!"

"Showed up on time, reasonably priced repair of my dishwasher"

"I had a wonderful first experience with Mr. Appliance . The technician, Jeremiah, arrived at the scheduled time, and was friendly, and efficient at getting my dryer repaired so that it would work until the needed part arrived . A second appointment was scheduled for when the part would arrive. He returned and promptly installed the new part to complete the repair. I found that everyone I spoke with or had any contact with at Mr. Appliance, was friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the entire experience, and highly recommended the Newark Mr. Appliance. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future."

"I highly recommend this company,I have used him over the years and he has been great. Very pleasnt to work with, and the price is not bad at all, Used him for garbage disposal units, several parts on our toilets, unclogging drains and changing out faucets."
