"Very prompt and expert service. Gave estimate over the phone to replace my leaking hot water heater."

"Very hard working person. Repaired my hot water faucet in bath tub diligently. Highly recommended."

"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service."

"The service was great. They were professional. It was reasonable price compared to other services. They cleaned up after they finished."
