"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"Very well. The crews were always prompt, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions. They transferred recoverable oil from our old tank into the new one, and filled the old tank with concrete to the inspector's specifications and satisfaction, then connected the new tank to our furnace. We had a concern shortly after installation, which was addressed straightaway to our complete satisfaction."

"They came out today to provide an estimate on fixing a frozen pipe. They ran a snake through the pipe to see if anything was in the pipe causing the clog.  They also checked our crawl space to see if they could access the pipe from that area, but unfortunately are not able to.  They're going to have to remove the siding from the house, clear out the pipe, re-insulate it and replace the siding. Their estimate of $1,200 seems like a fair price.  I especially liked the fact that they took off their shoes before entering the house.  Everyone was very professional, prompt and courteous.  I did pay them today for the snake service and inspection."

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"Both my husband and I were very pleased with CJ and his team!  We had our old asphalt driveway replaced with a concrete driveway as well replacing our old slate walkway with a stamped concrete walkway.We couldn't believe how organized they were.  They were so quick, efficient, knowledgeable and just overall a great team.  They cleaned up after themselves each day.
he gentlemen who stained my walkway was a true artist!  I with the four color option which was a bit more expensive but definitely worth it!  The stamped walkway looks like real stone!  Its amazing.  A what a savings compared to real stone.Highly recommend CJ and team!"

I contacted them and set a date for them to come over and review the jobs required.  He arrived on time, prepared to take measurements etc. and then told me what I would need to provide them and what the final costs should be since it was over the hours purchased from Angies.  We set a date and time for them to do the work.

ISince I am a DYIer i knew what it would take to do the job and what they needed to do so that it was done correctly.

All of the work they did met or exceeded my expectations.  The plasterwork, which I do not do well, was done extremely well and you could tell that he takes pride in his work.

"My pond is the healthiest it's ever been, I don't know if it's because of backyard ponds, or whatever? But I now have baby fish about 12 of them and I am going to hire them to do my winterization. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. My fish are not expensive, because this is a newly renovated pond. But I'm very happy with the job that they did, and I will recommend them in the future. And I will be using them very soon"

Kelly was able to come out within 24 hours of contact and performed the work at very close to the estimate that was given sight-unseen. They were early, worked efficiently and completely cleaned up before departing. Will definitely have them out to quote on some larger projects around the house."
