"Patrick came by to clean out a catch basin located in a crawl space beneath a housing addition that had not been cleaned out for many years.  We in fact were not even aware of it's existence until recently, and were interested in getting it cleaned out as quickly as possible.  I spoke to Patrick on a Friday, and he advised he would be available to come clean out the basin on the following Wednesday.  Although Patrick was approximately 40 minutes late, he was apologetic and began working on the issue right away.  He had two other employees with him, and they quickly discovered our basin was not only difficult to access but very full.  Patrick went to great lengths to make sure that the basin was cleaned and safe to continue using.  He actually had to climb down into the basin to remove enough material, and I really appreciated him taking the time to do what he said he would, despite it being a nasty job.
Patrick also recommended I have the catch basin closed off because of its outdated technology and the fortunate close proximity of my kitchen drain to the main drain line running through the basement floor.  He took the time to explain to me what that job would entail and why it was a good idea.  I felt like he was looking out for the interests of me, the homeowner, and did not feel like he was just trying to sell me something more.  It is something that I will consider and most likely do in the future, and I'm glad he brought it to my attention.  I would definitely recommend Patrick and will use him again."

"This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. Extremely professional and police. This man deserves a raise. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I see exactly why they are highly rated and recommended. I was searching for someone fast. They were the first pop up. So glad I called them. This was what was in our pipes. Ryan get it cut out pretty fast. Yes those are tree roots, not a dead animal lol But ive never dealt with a home repair company that was so polite. "Marc was the consummate professional. He arrived when he said he would, took all necessary care in the preparation and execution of the work, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to meet our expectations. He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours. The standard was outstanding and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him very highly..
