"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. "From the beginning the sales agent, Scott was very professional and upfront about the materials being used and costs. He worked with me and my insurance company to get the best cost (and within my budget). On the day the job was to be done, the roofing crew and foreman were very punctual and the work being done was very efficient. The crew had all the roofing installed and all exterior work done in one day as promised. The second day was for boxing in the skylights on the interior and this was completed in about half a day. All-in-all, Rogers did a fantastic job and I will be using them again for my windows and entry doors.

"The owner Patience and her right hand Chris are fantastic people. They gave me a great price for a complete job. They did not cut corners, offer, or suggest it. The work was started very quickly after I signed the agreement. Their crew was very nice and professional. They completed the work in one day and that included resheeting my entire house and removing multiple layers of shingles on the house and garage! The roof looks fantastic. They thought of everything - overhang capping, painted stacks. They put in a better ridge cap vent. Great warranty. Everything is better and the price was fantastic. Absolutely the best roofing company in around. Hire them!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
