"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He notified VIA text with his picture when he would arrive and was right on time. Each step of his services were documented and explained to us. He did what was required not looking for other issues to extend a charge. He made recommendations for the future service requirements. At one point he detailed our outside units to make them look new. Nobody has ever taken the time to do this. Much better grade than the cheap corrugated aluminum foil catch fire insert that you see people on youtube do s DIY, or other chimney "specialists" do on occasion."
