I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"

Our on site service specialist was Andrey Camargo . Andrey was extremely professional from the time he arrived until he successfully completed his visit. He notified VIA text with his picture when he would arrive and was right on time. Each step of his services were documented and explained to us. He did what was required not looking for other issues to extend a charge. He made recommendations for the future service requirements. At one point he detailed our outside units to make them look new. Nobody has ever taken the time to do this. "Chimney Chap service was excellent. The price with Angie's List promo deal was the best around. They called the next day to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
