"I had a sewer backup into my finished basement - an awful mess.  I called them and within hours they arrived.  The serviceman found the cleanout rooted out my sewer pipe, found tree roots, and then because my pipes were PVC and only 12 years old he got his scope and ran it down the pipe to find the problem.  Found that the pipe was incorrectly connected to the county sewer lines 70 feet away from my house.  I asked if there was anyway that he could locate it literally in my backyard.  He got some more equipment and walked around my wooded backyard, through raspberry briers, weeds, and thorns for 10 minutes.  Finally, he located the spot and marked it with a stake for me. (Because the repair by them of approximately $1500 was more than I could afford and I was going to do it by myself).When it came time for the bill he presented me the bill for $250 for the cost of the rooting only.  The rest he said "didnt take him very long and he was happy to help me out".
Well I am going to dig up the pipe myself this month and then call them back to do the repair on the pipe.  They are going to be my plumbers for life - I cant say enough about what a great experience I had with them."
