Too bad he's not a contractor. I'm going to butcher his name but, Lemb, came out, adjusted two garage doors and it was somewhere around freezing that morning. When further adjustment was required, Mr. Lemb, came back out and fine tuned my doors, as one door was being difficult. What stood out for me is, I called him and he wanted to come out in a potential ice storm; I of course, refused to allow it. Further, He came out after the thaw but, still freezing and didn't require that I get out in the cold.
