We had two rather new openers, so he hooked up the system and it works beautifully. It seals off the area that wasn't sealed with the old 28 year old wood doors. An extra bonus is the new steel Clopay doors have the highest insulation rating and they bring light into the garage by their white interior color. The outside color is a walnut woodgrain s a woodgrain. WE opted for no windows, since we already have an oversized window facing west. Great job, Overhead Garage Door Inc!
