He was very friendly and helpful on guiding me through what was needed to get the job done. When he was done he cleaned up the area and left it like good order. They’ve installed a water, repaired a furnace leak, installed an in-sink garbage disposal, replaced old knob shut-off valves for the “Lever“ type and FOUND my street-side water shut off valve that was buried below the driveway asphalt during the residence of the previous home owners and most recently disconnected the utilities from an in-ground pool equipment and drained the pool. I’ve used them so many times, I’ve begun to call Diane “Cuz!” lol! :-D HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."
