"The motto on their shirt says it all ?Perfect is OK?. Far and away THE most professional contractor we have ever had. Responsive, on time, on budget, polite and courteous. They work clean and stay until the job is done correctly. The pool deck is beautiful - can not wait to use it next season. We also had him replace four 14 foot columns on the front porch - they look better than the originals and are much better built. He is returning in the spring to replace the railing on our existing 2nd floor deck to match the pool railing. He is now our go to for all jobs he is able to handle for us. If you want quality work, call T & J."

"Claudio was very efficient at getting multiple projects done. He painted, fixed cracks in a wall and installed tile ceiling. His pricing is fair and we trusted his advice. It’s apparent he takes pride in his work, a true craftsman."

"Mark was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. We hadn’t planned on a complete gutting and total renovation. But once it was completed we were beyond amazed with the end result. We said we were looking for the “wow” factor and he gave us that and so much more. He always puts the customers needs above his own. He arrived promptly from the first visit to the last. We are now looking for him to complete more projects in our house. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work and reasonable prices. Looking forward to our next project"

"The level of service and professionalism was outstanding. They explained everything that was doing to be done and the types and quality of materials that were used. I could not have been happier and my house looks terrific."

"I can't thank Mark enough for being a voice of reason who stepped in to help us deal with a tricky situation.
He is a straight forward, smart guy who cares about his clients. And that's not to say he doesn't care about the bottom line, too. He got us the best rate out of the three lenders we spoke with, and he made sure we understood exactly what we our options were.
He is extremely responsive and quick -  and you cannot underestimate the degree to which hustle can matter in housing transactions. He's an all-around gem, so glad we found him.

"We received the pads, they are exactly as we ordered, seem to be excellent quality. We would certainly use this company again. The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). We thought they would probably email us when they received the order and/or let us know about when to expect it to be filled. What did happen was that after a while, we called, and got that confirmation and estimated time over the phone."

"Jeff and his crew did a great job...detailed estimate, quality of workmanship. The roof, soffits, gutters look great Guy, the supervisor along with his crew were awesome. There were some communication lapses, but once we got on the same page the job went smoothly. I appreciated the fact Jeff came back to address a couple of minor issues. I have dealt with many other roofers in the bidding process and nobody came close to Dutt Roofing Solutions in regards to honesty, integrity and quality of workmanship. Thanks Jeff!!"

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."
