"My wife called me when I was on the road Thursday November 7th and sent me a picture that our cable to one of our garage springs broke and we need to repair it. I told my wife I will check into on Friday when I got back home. I went into “Angie's List” and accurately submitted that my cable to the spring had broken and it was not an emergency but I would like to get it repaired. Rob called me within seconds of me placing the submission form and scheduled the call for 9-10 the following day 11-9-19. His service man "Corey" called before he was to be here and was running late and said would be here by 11 -12 at noon he called he was 45 minutes out. He came I showed him want I needed fixed he gave a price to do and said he would do it. Then I looked outside and he was walking around talking on his cell not doing the work. Five minutes later he said he did not have a part needed he said it was a $9 part and they have in stock back at the office and Rob Bennett the owner would call me shortly to reschedule. The call never the rest of the day Saturday, no call on Sunday so on Monday at 10 AM I called Rob on a different line, because I suspected they were "blowing me off" and he said he would call me right back. At 11:30 AM I called back and it went straight to voice mail. Rob apparently does not want do the job so he just won't schedule the repair. He did not actually tell me. I believe that since it was not " a home run job but an actual repair" , he simply is not calling me back to schedule the return visit. It is my belief that unless you want to actually replace a door don’t call these guys, they don’t want to repair anything; they just want to sell you a new door. I have been in sales and service for thirty years and would never do this to my customers, my reputation mean way too much to me. Extremely disappointed , Bob, Bob Waterston"

"Worst company I ever dealt with. They promised a wonderful warranty to repair and seal patio as needed. After the first year they guaranteed nothing and charged outrageously high fees to reseal and said repairs wouldn’t work. Avoid this company!"

"THE TEAM FROM EASTWOOD PAINT AND CARPENTRY POWERWASH MY DECK PATIO AND SHED. THEY ALSO DID SOME MINOR REPAIRS TO MY DECK AND PUT TWO CONE COATS OF STAIN ON MY DECK. EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AFTER THEY FINISH. THE DECK IS 28 YEARS OLD AND YET LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. THE FROM EASTWOOD PAINT AND CARPENTRY WORKED VERY HARD AND MAKE SURE THING WERE DONE CORRECLTY."

"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."
