"Claudio was very efficient at getting multiple projects done. He painted, fixed cracks in a wall and installed tile ceiling. His pricing is fair and we trusted his advice. It’s apparent he takes pride in his work, a true craftsman."

"Hired Dariusz to install kitchen ventilation. He was very professional, on time and on budget. Planning to hire him for my next project for ceiling wood paneling. Highly recommended."

"Mike and Rose were absolutely amazing!!! I called and they came the next day. They were very helpful and genuinely concerned for my home and my family. They addressed all of my questions and concerns. They took their time and did not rush when explaining the process. When they came to do the job they were very thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner from the day the contract was signed. They kept me up to date throughout he process. I am very happy with the work they did in removing the mold from my home. The are very professional, and affordable. They take pride in their work and make you feel like more then just another client. Thank you Mike and Rose!!!!"

"PRO: Mark is very punctual and will show up each day to get the job done. He did a phenomenal job on the floor tiles. Comes with you to the store to offer ideas about tiling, color, lighting etc. CON: The decorative titles were not smoothly put in place so they look puckered a bit. However, we are satisfied with the job done and the payment."

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"I was having a hard time getting financing from the big box lenders but Mark was able to find me one and at short notice. When it looked like the deal would fall through because of title issues from the seller, Mark offered his guidance and expertise and was right there throughout the whole process. The whole 5 months! No call was to early, late or frequent. Mark was always accessible and immediately responsive. A man of his word. This property virgin and veteran is now living the American dream thanks to Mark Principi and the Central Lending staff. I would definitely recommend."
