The project was only delayed about a day due to the situation. The owner is delightful and designed a gorgeous, functional kitchen that met every expectation I could imagine. The installation team's very conscientious and eager to please. The lead installer is very adept at thinking outside the box. His philosophy is that there are no problems only solutions. Goal is customer satisfaction and they do not disappoint. No hard sell. No surprise extra costs. Accessible owner. Punctual. Project stays on schedule."

"Install action went fine but after the installer left we had problems with water pressure. It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. Although it took two days to resolve, the technician stayed on top of it and made sure the heater worked to our satisfaction.

He checked frequently and he was conscientious and wanted to make sure that his customers are happy. He gave me an estimate right away and informed me how much time it was going to take. As far as the estimate, the price was the price; there were no additional charges. He said that whatever the price is, that was what I will be charged and that was what he stuck to. As far as the time frame, he finished the work when he said he was going to. He was very friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I would most definitely use them again if needed."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
