"I was in such a panic because my garage was about an inch deep in water pouring from my hot water heater. I could not get the water source to turn off, no matter how hard I tried. And I had dozens of boxes with clothes, linens and other perishables just soaking up that water. When CCMP called, the sweet young lady calmed me down with assurances that they would be there as soon as possible. She contacted the service truck in my area and called me back. The truck was headed my way and should be at my house within fifteen minutes. I almost cried with relief, five minutes later when the truck pulled up to my house. I rushed to open the garage door so he could come straight to the problem. With a couple of his tools, he was able to get the water turned off. The Serviceman inspected my water heater and gave me the diagnosis; The little old guy had performed beyond his years. It was time to get a new one.
