"Due to some drywall cracking, we thought it may be an issue with the foundation so we contacted JES. Mr. Eric O. was our field inspector and I can not begin to express how impressed we were with his knowledge and professionalism! I would give him and JES more than 5 stars if I could! Eric went through the home very carefully and was able to explain why we were having some minor drywall cracks and it was not related to the foundation. This speaks very highly of Eric and JES for their honesty and integrity. If I ever do have a real foundation repair that is needed in the future, JES will be my only call! Thank you, Eric!!!"

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had previously used Darrell & his crew for kitchen remodel and complete painting of interior of house. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work performed. Based on our previous experience we contacted Darrell again for the remodeling of the master bathroom. They offered excellent ideas as to improvements, and did an excellent job. They replaced the vanity top with granite, installed new cabinets, removed the old tub & shower, and installed a new complete walk in shower, replaced window, and installed new tiled floor. Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected. Would recommend Darrell and his crew to anyone who wants a great quality job.

"Took out windows that were 22 years old and installed new windows. Nice windows, tilt in for cleaning, low ergon, great job. Windows were clean when they left and flowers were in good shape.Professional from beginning to end. Arrived on time and completed the job as promised. No increase in cost. Windows were great quality windows. Made sure everything was caulked and even put pieces of insulation in small openings or pockets around the windows.
