Robert, the mechanic, arrived and after describing the problem he quickly diagnosed and charged the system. Robert was very knowledgeable, professional and used the latest technological equipment to determine the correct charge and adjusted to get the maximum efficiency. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company. In addition, they discounted the diagnostic fee.

"I am floored by the service I just received from Done Right Today. My last experience with a plumber was many years ago and I remember being seriously unhappy about it. Ryan communicated with me shortly following my request. Showed up at my house 45 minutes later, coordinated with the water company, repaired my leak and had the water back on in under 3 hours! But wait, there's more! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained all the work he did. But wait, there's one more thing. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, just an hour after I discovered the leak and began to dread what it would cost me to have a plumber come out and repair the pipe. "We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind.
