"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"JML Pest control did a thorough job again. John Lohr explained the procedure carefully, including discussing the safe products he used. I feel that this is an excellent company to deal with."

"I was fortunate to have Dwayne Hawkins as my Green Pest Solution's agent for both termite yearly inspection and moth control. He is thorough, professional, and clearly explains the procedure. In addition, customer service at Green Pest Solutions is excellent."

"provided initial extermination of pests (roaches and rodents).  I love the response time from the time i submitted the question from Angie's site to Modern, the rep, Dave contacted me the next day to talk about what i needed and indicated he could have some come out right away--which is what i wanted.
there was a little snag in the technician's arrival time, but when I called the office to confirm that the technician would still be arriving, the gentleman answering the phone indicated there was a mix up and the technician was on his way.
My majority age daughter was home when the technician visited and she indicated he was thorough.
I must admit trying to get follow up info on scheduling monthly service and whether or not they'll give me a credit for the next service has had a wrinkle, with no follow up (sent email asking for credit on next service since the provider offered a coupon at time of service, and while I mentioned it in our coordinating discussions, my daughter--who can't remember anything if it's not relative to her world) :) forgot to give the tech the coupon.
I also called this morning (10/14) asking for a schedule and price and was told tech would return call but didn't receive by end of business (10/14)
I realize that when you're on the go and trying to manage communications things slip through the cracks; I believe this is a family owned business and i highly support family owned small businesses over the big guy/gal businesses, so I'll be patient for a couple more days.

"When we noticed the bee's nest in the front of our home, we decided that we'd hire an exterminator to have it removed professionally  at the earliest possible time. I called four exterminators listed on Angie's List that evening. Ultimately, two never called back; one was willing to set-up an appointment for an estimate that would have required another appointment to get the job done.
AAA Termite and Wildlife Inc. called first thing the next morning. I spoke to Tony, who heard my story and indicated that it was likely that the job (removal of the bee's nest and spraying of the area) could be done for the $75.00  minimum service call, less the $25.00 Angie's list coupon, which would result in my cost being $50.00. He told me that AAA could get the job done first thing the following morning. So, I hired AAA to do the job. They did exactly what they said they'd do for the $50.00 agreed to. I paid using my credit card. They provided me with a detailed receipt of the services they performed.
Tony / AAA was totally friendly, accommodating and professional. They treated me and the job in a first-class manner, despite the fact that this was a very small job. To me, that is the mark of a true professional."

"I purchased a Big Deal for pest control because there was a mouse problem that needed to be taken care of. He contacted me to let me know that the deal does not cover mice."

"Wonderful. He has eradicated mice, stinkybugs, ants, bees, wasps and other critters in my old home.  We faced the woods, so there were many unwanted visitors at times, but Pat was always just a phone call away. After one visit with Pat, they're gone.He also will give you good advice on how to avoid the pests in the future (close openings, etc.)"
