"Steve called me and asked me some questions about my tv. I said I’d get back to him with the error blink codes, etc. I called him back and he said he said it was most likely the SC board, which is a $300 part. Not worth it for me for an 11-yr-old tv, no matter how great the picture. No charge, but great service and advice! I ordered the board on EBay for $100 & will try to replace it myself."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Tim arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As always, simple is never simple. He identified an issue with the mounting bracket we were going to use and replaced it with one that fit our TV. He securely mounted the TV, made adjustments as we requested, and did not rush just to get it done. Instead, he wanted to make sure it was done right and that we had no concerns. Also, our satellite provider had told us we needed new HDMI cables and Tim determined that was not correct, saving us an unnecessary expense. We appreciate his honesty. Excellent service!
