"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

Have had Home Warranty for many years and they have never disappointed me with their prompt service and fairness when it came to any repairs or replacements I may have needed. "John called me back within 15 minutes.  He was very helpful and said he could do it but thought it might be better for me to contact someone a little closer.  I think his schedule was pretty full although he didn't say that.  He recommended 2 companies in my area and I ended up hiring one of them to do the work.  I was very pleased with them and they were prompt just like John at Lightning Rod Systems.  I appreciate that he was thinking about what was best for me."

"Matt took care of several small projects the first day and will be returning for several bigger fixes. He did an excellent job on the small stuff and I am looking forward to having him complete several bigger repairs once the materials are delivered.(Any delay is on my end.) He reviewed the upcoming projects thoroughly and gave me reasonable cost estimates. He will be repairing some damaged basement paneling from the 70s, replacing a lot of basement ceiling tiles from the same era, and installing new kitchen ceiling lighting. We are also talking about replacing windows in one bedroom and he has been very helpful in providing info on options., making my choice easier. He was very knowledgeable about all the details involved, and I am confident he will do an excellent job."
