Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. "Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."

"Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. When the job ended one of his crew wire brushed several paint drips off our asphalt driveway and stone paver walkway. Good job!"

"Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. They did an excellent job! I can wholeheartedly recommend them and yes, I would hire them again! Moe - Apologies for the late review, but I did keep my word."
