"Was scheduled for a day between 1 and 4 and I had to call to find out where they were. Rescheduled to the next day so it was not taking up my evening or the worker evening. Showed up the next day at 9:30 took about 1.5 hours to change out the water heater. Work done was adequate but could be neater in my opinion. Obviously the more of these you do in a day the more money the company makes but the techs should be given adequate time to do an A1 job if that is your name. There is a difference between an installer and a craftsman."

"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. He never complained that my issue was more difficult than he was expecting, he made a few jokes, kept in contact with both me and my husband every step of the way, and offered a very generous price. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Billy will be my first call!"

"We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. This was on a Saturday. Called Davis & Greene's (we'd used them in the past) emergency number, left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."
