"Very efficient estimate process and office follow up after each service contact.  Initial installation was scheduled quickly after estimate approved.  Technicians were polite and efficient and professional.  It took 3 or 4 days to complete the job.  They took up floor covering mats and stored their tools out of the way at end of each day.  They responded quickly and replaced the thermostat when we had a problem within the first week.  There was some confusion between the sales person, the installers and the manager about the number of air return intake vents to be installed or required for efficient function, perhaps caused by vague wording on the work order/ contract.  After a few phone calls we accepted the manager's plan. The system works well."
