"Their customer service is excellent. We had a shower faucet that was leaking enough to fill a bucket in a couple hours. The receptionist was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. She tried to get a same-day appointment for Tuesday, but had to schedule us for Wed. Later on Tuesday, she called to say that a plumber was "running early" (when do you ever hear that?) and could give us same-day service. Thomas arrived, gave us an estimate, had the part on his truck and replaced the cartridge in the faucet, in less than an hour. He was very professional, explained the problem and possible scenarios if the problem was not the cartridge. He was also friendly and calm with our very friendly dog. The only reservation was that the price seemed high, but I don't know whether this is typical, since I recently moved to this area."

Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there weee no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue. "Mr. Rooters, Celso, did a great job clearing out a clogged kitchen drain. He was friendly and thorough. He even went above and beyond by changing out metal connectors that had been added to the PVC pipes by another plumber. The final invoice was less than I thought it was going to be. The drain is clear and I am happy."
