"Exceptional service. I called on a Sunday anticipating a long wait or possibly no help until Monday. The sewer was clogged causing a mess outside. Roto-rooter estimated it may take up to 3 hours and agreed to call 30 minutes before they arrived. They actually called me back within a half hour  and said the service person would be there in 30 - 40 minutes. Pete arrived and quickly cleared the clog. He suspected that the problem was clear out at the attachment to the city sewer system and recommended I call the city to prevent further problems. He explained how the connection was made and pointed out where the ground and sidewalk may have settled, causing the connection to the city line to come out of alignment. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally - explaining what he was doing and why. Overall I am very satisfied and particularly happy with how quickly they responded. <br />"
