"Called Excaliber first thing in the morning with no hot water and homeowners were remote. The response was that a plumber (Eddie Guerrero) was in the area and would come by in the morning for an estimate. It was discovered that the water heater needed replacement and the system brought up to code. Mr. Guerrero took care of water leakage and quickly gave an estimate, explaining the options fully. Once the estimate was received via text and phone calls, he came back a few hours later to make the install. He was efficient and thorough and communicated great about the install throughout. By 6 pm that evening, the heater was installed and hot water available. Excellent service was provided."

They explained the work they were going to do and the order they were going to do it in, starting with the cheapest troubleshooting and moving through the things that would be more expensive fixes until they found the problem. They proceeded as planned and figured out what was causing my water pressure problem. They took care of ordering new parts for me and made sure I got the lifetime warranty (and free parts) from the manufacturer that I am entitled to. They were friendly and nice to talk with, and they were very respectful of my home. We’ve used Rogers Plumbing before, and I think it is a real testament to their work that it has been a very long time since we’ve had to call them back.
