"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."

The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

After scheduling and in advance of the appointment I called for details regarding the service to be provided at this very hard to believe price. No matter what time of day I called I was always routed to an answering service that only scheduled appointments. Each time they said they would reach out to a manager to get my questions answered. After 3 calls and an email without a response, I cancelled my appointment."
