"Our original plumber (Blue Frog Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga) closed down unexpectedly, and we had open quotes with them that we wanted to complete. I was matched with Empire Plumbing and a couple of other Pros. Our original plumber told us that we needed a Shower Valve Replacement Cartridge and a new shower handle. They said that was the first step. If that didn't work, then they would reevaluate and move to the next level. So, we had somewhat of an idea of what we needed. One of the Pros (Dedicated Plumbing) we got a quote from wanted to put an access door in our wall in the living room to fix the entire problem. Still, Dedstated that they don't paint the door to match the color of the living room or they could replace it with drywall and that there would be an additional cost to the $750 they were charging to fix the unit. However, EMPIRE PLUBMING came in and said all you need is a Shower Valve Cartridge Replacement. No hole in the wall, no painting, patching, access door, or new shower handle. Just a shower valve cartridge replacement. They charged us less than both quotes we received and they were very honest about what needed to be done. Because of this, I will continue to go to Empire Plumbing for all of our needs. It's hard finding good, honest, and reliable service these days. Empire Plumbing is definitely all three."

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get.
