"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. "they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
