Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE"

"Woodland Carpet and Floors helped us install carpet in two bedrooms. They were very responsive and offered expedited service around the holidays, which we truly appreciated. The work was completed professionally and looks great. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend them."

"The contractor started the job. After doing portion of the job- we asked to extend the tile by a fraction of the space and they quoted me with price which I then agreed. The contractor then promised they will come and finish the job at an agreed upon date and asked us to buy the edging. We bought the edging and then the contractor did a now show. It?s been about a month since the contractor left and I reached out several times and no response. They left the job in the middle with no response ever since. Claiming they have a family emergency indefinitely leaving no room for finishing the job. I am not sure what type of business does this. I was refraining from entering this review but they left me with no choice as they stopped communicating after the job. "

He is very conscientious and eager to please. Our older home threw him a few curveballs at him, but he was able to adjust to them, and our smaller bathroom looks great. He takes his time because he wants to get everything done correctly. We are very pleased with him, his reasonable prices and his good work that we’re now having him do some extra work for us.
