He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. He told me exactly what was going on or what needed to done and I appreciated that. And I don't think he did more of what he's supposed to do, you know, sometimes people come in and say, "Okay, this is what I'll fix but now you've gotta get this fixed as well." I didn't feel that. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
