"Angel Air scheduled a technician Mike the next morning to review the performance of my 5 ton 2 stage AC unit. Mike adjusted both stages of the compressor fan speed which improved the cool air output at the registers to an acceptable level . Luckily, as he was preparing to close the unit the intermittent noise started, and he detected that the screws for the compressor cover were not totally tightened which now corrected both conditions. "We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Since we had just purchased our house and it had been vacant for over a year, we decided to do a maintenance check on the AC/Heating Unit. We called Gryphon Air and made an appointment. They worked around our busy schedule and were able to get us in in less then a week. The owner was the person who came out to do the check-up and he was here on time and was ready to go to work as soon as he got here. He checked the unit outside and the one up in the attic. He tested the temperatures between the different ends of the house which one faces ESE and the other faces WNW. The outside unit is on the WNW side of the house so it gets the sun most of the day. Our unit also needed 1# of Freon so he added that. After he was done doing a complete check up he said that our unit was in great shape and that we wouldn't need a new one for several years. I've heard of companies try and talk people into buying bigger and newer units. Instead he let us know the different things we could do to improve our electric bill. To me that says a lot. This company worked with us on the scheduling, going through all the areas of the house and checking on everything, plus adding freon and it wasn't expensive. The owner also told us things to do so that our unit would last and how to save on our bill. He also gave us the best time to have the next check in the spring so that we are ready for the upcoming summer. I will use this company again in a heart beat. I know people who have AC companies but would use Gryphon Air instead. Plus they are a very friendly company from the owner who makes the appointment to the owner who came out for the service."

"I was here the whole time he was here. He walked me through, he took photos of all the data. He gave me the data read outs that he got, which showed that everything was operating within the manufactures specs, so I got to believe that. They were just here the one time, so my initial impression was good. I don’t have any negative impression of them all. I would probably try them again if indeed I needed that kind of work. He was very straight forward in terms of showing us all the photos of our units on the roof. He was up on the roof taking photos of the unit and taking photos of the read outs he was getting on his equipment. As far as I was concerned the interaction was pretty good."
