"Ethical plumbing did a fantastic job on the customer service side and the repair side. Alisha, the rep who contacted me on a Friday evening almost immediately after starting my search was pleasant and efficient. She made it possible for me to get service the next day. Michael showed up as scheduled Saturday morning for what I thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise was able to complete the job that day! And this wasnâ t an easy undertaking. It Involved digging, cutting lines, valve replacement for a leak behind the city meter. These guys are the real deal! I thought the price was a bit higher than I thought it may be, but the value received made me comfortable with it. Same day service, done professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Ethical plumbing. John M. Lyman, SC"

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with them! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The quality of their work was outstanding. you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. On top of that, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services! For context, we did a full home re-pipe that entailed installing all new plumbing throughout the house. It was no small job"

"He was very professional and a hard worker thanks for everything"

"They completed the job as promised. Great customer service. Very friendly and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again. The only negative was the holes drilled in our foundation for the pipes could have been done better."

"They did a pretty good job. I don't know if they over charged. They had to replace an extra pipe in the floor. I was very satisfied with their work."

"The work went very well. Hero plumbing came soon after my call and work was begun very soon. I was pleased that the work could be done right away. Thank you Hero Plumbing for a very well done job."
