"They were incredibly prompt. The day I called for an estimate Craig Desrosiers came out and asked exactly what I wanted done and he gave me the cost. At the time I had a ceiling fixture for two fluorescent bulbs open because I had been unable to close it. He spent some time adjusting the fixture and was able to close the cover. <br /> <br /> He and a helper came the following Tuesday and put in all the outlets I requested. In addition they did extra things: I had been trying to replace the fluorescent bulbs in another basement ceiling fixture and was having trouble getting the old bulbs out.
