"They sent a plumber to clear our clogged main drain after normal business hours. Josh, their plumber, was excellent!! It took multiple hours to solve the problem and he cleaned everything up so it looked like it never happened!! Josh made it the best plumbing experience weâ ve ever had! "I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."

"It was good experience. He showed up when he said he would. Stopping that drain is no fun either especially when you can't flush your toilets. I thought his price was a gift at $75. It took him a day to call me back. He was on time. It was just difficult to reach him but once he made a commitment he showed up. The man was a pro."

"The job went as planned even though I added several items to the list. Mike is very accommodating and his favorite line is " I can do whatever you want". They are friendly to work with, courteous and contain their work materials while keeping everything clean. We have hired Mike in the past to replace wood siding on the exterior. Another great experience. We have several other projects in mind like new door walls on front and back and new fireplace design and we will continue to use MGM carpentry. I will post pictures soon!
