One issue is pricing transparency. The estimate was approximately $1000, but no breakdown between Parts and Labor. I looked up the part online $260, Service call $59, so Labor/Overhead was $681. The plumber was here 4 hours. I understand Fixed Price estimates and the risk, but this seems a little high. They also have franchise fees, trucks, office and other overhead. This being said, I'll hire them again. Also, they take AMEX which is important to me."

It has been my experience, that sort of dedication to home renovation is a rarity of late. He isn’t cheap and he doesn’t cut corners.
