"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"I have used this company for years. Mitch the owner and his crew are wonderful. Excellent technicians, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and just nice people. They will be there in a heart beat for emergencies and make sure everything is working perfectly. I have used them to install and service my split duct a/c and repair my heating system. I would not use anyone else. They explain every detail of the service or repair so you understand the work they did. They are the best!"

"No problems. I was happy with the service provided. Very professional."

"I hired this company to repair water pipes in my home. They were easy to contact and the plumber called me back immediately. He was friendly, on time, and very professional. Before he did the work he gave me his estimate which was very reasonable while explaining the issues.. After agreeing on the price he immediately went to work. He was fast and cleaned up when he was finished. I am impressed with his work. I would recommend Aquarius plumbing to anyone who needs any pluming work done."

"Everyone from the sales team to office staff and especially the actual plumbers that came out to do the work were exceptional. Let me say that I felt completely confident with everyone at Polar Plumbing from the beginning to the end. The installation of my AO Smith water softening system was done with the utmost care and professionalism. I'm very happy with the service received and the neat job done. I would absolutely recommend Polar Plumbing to anyone looking for great work and an excellent team of professionals for their home remodeling or repair work. Warmest regards, Joseph R Rivera (Home Owner)"

"The repair man that came from Joe's, worked very hard to diagnose the problem and figure out the best solution for me. As a result my air conditioner is running and the work done was reasonable. a really good company to know."

"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."
