"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "On January 14, 2013, I used a coupon to have my furnace cleaned and serviced.  The gentleman did an excellent job.  Since the furnace was over 20 years old, he recommended upgrading before it quit, as it is located in the ceiling crawl space.
Over the next nine months, I contacted several Heating and A/C contractors, including Mike Evangelista from UGI.  On September 5, he arrived and we discussed a split system.  Unfortunately, I needed permission from the Condo Association to move the unit to the side of the condo (rather than in the back).  Several weeks later, the gentleman from the association told me that he had made an appointment with Mike, but Mike never showed.
