"Matthew, owner of Ayers Construction, was very professional as well as personable.   <br /> We are owners of new construction and sad to say, our builder did not do a great job.  Given all the problems we've discovered since recently moving in (and after being stood up 4 times by other contractors), Matthew was indeed a "breath of fresh air"!! <br /> He went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of and even pointed out things that needed repair that we didn't even realize.  As an example, one of our kitchen drawers was not shutting properly causing damage to the side of the drawer. Once he repaired it, he checked all the other drawers and discovered several others were not aligned correctly as well. Had he not taken the initiative to check, we would have eventually had the same issue.  Throughout the house we found that our tiled floors were not fully grouted, paint job was unprofessional, doors were coming off the hinges - too many things to list.  There was not enough time to get all the repairs completed.
