"The asphalt work speaks for itself — smooth, level, and clearly built to last. You can tell this crew takes real pride in their craftsmanship; not just rushing through to the next job. I’ve attached photos so you can see the finished product for yourself, and I think the pictures make the case better than words can. The crew was respectful and hardworking. But what really set Daly and Sons apart was Peter Daly himself. He was fantastic to work with from start to finish — responsive to every question, upfront about timelines and costs, and always willing to walk me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. That kind of transparency goes a long way, especially with a project as disruptive as asphalt work can be. When a situation arose with a difficult neighbor (longstanding and nothing to do with this project), Peter handled it with aplomb and professionalism. That is the stuff that sets him apart from other asphalt companies. I cannot recommend Daly and Sons enough!"

"Jose was quick to respond, understood the project well, reiterated what his goal was, and delivered on that expected outcome. His price was reasonable and his work was great. Thanks, Jose!"

"Installed upgraded artificial turf in front yard. Process was smooth and timing was very accommodating. The crew was very professional, careful, communicative, flexible, efficient and cleanup well done. They worked without stopping, finishing the job in one day. The next day, the team manager inspected the finished job and provided ongoing maintenance guidance. A very good experience."

"Senor Ortiz and his crew did an excellent job and delivered everything exactly as promised, excellence above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend his services."

"George is very professional, very honest, and does excellent work. The final repair cost came well below the original bid."

"Rich and his team did an excellent job for me. They landscaped my front yard making it much more drought tolerant. They also did a great job trimming my trees. Rich also fixed my broken sprinkler system and helped with my wooden gate to the back yard. I’ve already scheduled my sprinkler blow out. I want to Colorado scape my backyard next year and will likely use them for that work. I highly recommend them."

"I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."
