"Since they needed access to decks on two levels of the house as well as a roof deck - the first thing they did was put down heavy floor protection on the first floor foyer up the stairs and the upstairs. Each day they vacuumed the floors and cleared the work areas. Very professional, meticulous detail, project was well managed and great communications - often consulted us on aesthetics as several ways some things could be done. "We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"Our journey started at the end of July, finishing just yesterday with the last inspection. I have chronicled the process on Facebook, from the demo to the last bit of paint. There are not enough words to say about Busy Bee, John, Gary or his team that could explain how easy and stress free this was.(as much as a complete kitchen remodel can be....) All the things you expect---showing up every day, cleaning up at the end of the day, having the items to install at the right time, politeness ....they do all that. Its the extras that set them apart. The communication about anything so you never have to guess what is going to happen. The PATIENCE when things take longer or are damaged and making sure it gets done in a timely manner. When problems arise, addressing them immediately and personally. Covering everything so well in plastic there was minimal construction dust. (and I mean very little) Above all, the kindness and patience in answering EVERY one of my questions, sometimes twice, until I understood the process or choices. And then there is the work itself. There is a sense of contentment knowing that every wall board, cabinet, screw, tile and light is installed with the utmost professionalism and care. We stayed within our budget, even when we added things and took things out....and was so very reasonable. I can not recommend them highly enough, and I could not be happier. "Joe DaSilva from Silmac has become my go to person for all house projects! Ive remodeled my bathroom, laundry room, and built a new deck with Silmac. Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. Ive also recommended Silmac to a friend whom is currently having her bathroom renovated. Reasonably priced and friendly help. Can't recommend this company enough!"

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"I have worked with Carlos and his team on restoring our 1950's era ranch house.  After seeing the quality of their exterior painting work I hired his company to update many areas of our house.  This included repairing and painting primary living space walls, a living room wall which was redesigned with a entranceway shelf enclosure with a black granite top, replacing 2 bedroom windows facing the backyard with a beautiful glass and oak french door set, installing new recessed LED lighting in the ceilings and mounting our large screen plasma TV on an articulating wall support. <br /> We wanted to replace the other exterior doors with mid century modern designs.  Carlos found authentic looking doors that are fiberglass insulated.  They look like wood but have saved us $$ on our heating/cooling bills. <br /> I've never worked with a more responsible group of people.  Everything is cleaned and put back in order at the end of each day's work.  When they sand a wall they hold a shop vac in the other hand so no dust settles. <br /> I highly recommend Carlos, his team, and his advice.  All work is done on time, at very competitive costs, and of the highest quality. <br /> An important reason for me to continue using the services of any company is having a level of trust, and easy communications.
