"We had some bad luck recently with our home that has 2 air conditioner units. They both needed replacing just 1 1/2 months apart. After researching, we selected AM Aire as we found Andrew to be the most honest AC Technician!! He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner. Definitely worth the wait, Andrew is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most impressively HONEST!!!! Had another company out for a consult who tried to upsell unnecessary items that did not need repair! We will definitely be using AM Aire for ANY air conditioner issues. Have Andrew booked at my daughters next week for duct work issues. Heâ s a pleasure to do business with, kind and considerate!"

"Dishonest company. At first we thought this was an honest company with respectable owners and employees. I am very sad to report how wrong we were. They recently came here for maintenance and said that we needed a part replaced for over $700. We refused the part because of the price (the owner of the house is on a fixed income), but they said we needed the part and we could pay later. As I was looking over the paperwork for my mom of all their past visits and supposed maintenance , I realized how much they had been ripping her off by charging her extra maintenance fees when she should?ve had free maintenance up until the year 2026 after a full system install and full duct replacement. Every time they come for a maintenance visit they suggest thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done. "

"We had a great experience with Performance. First their Service Tech Scott came out to review our issues. He took his time and figured out exactly what was wrong. He went to great pains to demonstrate what was wrong and why we needed to replace our unit. We had a Britt come out the next day to estimate a new unit and what we needed. He was super friendly and detailed. Most importanly he listened to what we had to say and wanted. Two days later We had Bryce come and install a new unit. I love the fact had great communication with all of these guys along the way. Bryce went above and beyond installing our new unit. He actually reinforced the pedestal / box for our air handler and replaced all the lines and drain. Top notch work that really set Performance apart from the last company we used. New AC units aren't cheap but at least I feel we really got our money's worth. Thanks to all these guys for making this a easy experience."
